Hey y’all Joe here. Soooo I guess we should use the website huh? Right now we’re on the 90 headed to Jamestown Community College to play an early afternoon show.

The van situation. So this morning we got up real early like, not so much an issue for the other guys but myself… haven’t seen 7am in quite some time. So I slept at the practice space last night to make sure I would be awake in time — those of you who know me also know that sometimes I don’t wake up for important events — so although that’s probably frowned upon, that’s what happened!

So we rented a van from somewhere, and it actually worked out, despite the guy at the counter. It seemed like he didnt want us to get the van! He was funny, he kept saying things like :

Dustin: So, that’s fine, here’s the credit card…
Counter Dude: OK, and just so you know, there is a…
*he waits for it*
THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLAR DEPOSIT
DUN DUN DUN
Dustin: OK.
Counter Dude: oh.

Dustin was cool nough to put the $350 deposit on his credit card, because ours don’t work.

Anywhooooo!! We’re almost to Jamestown. We’ll report back!

Well, we made it! We are back in the B-Lo. What a great trip. Thank everyone who came out especially our friends in Columbus, Cincinatti and Lucy’s Retired Surfer Bar. A special thanks to the couple of guys who let us crash at their house. Keep a look out for some new shows. We have some big shows coming up and would love to see all your faces!

We have so many things in the works and some cool tricks up our sleeves. Hope you will be around and in attendance to see some of these happenings!

As many of you know, we are headed South to Austin Texas for the beautiful South by Southwest Festival. We will be playing at Lucy’s Retired Surfer Bar Friday March 16 at various times (~5pm & 11pm). We will leave Saturday March 10 and head to Cleveland…Just to hang out for the night and stop in the Rock’N'Roll Hall of Fame. Sunday March 11 we will be playing in Columbus Ohio with our good friends Forgotten is Forgiven at Kafe Kerouac. Monday we head west towards Cincinnati and make a stop in Hamilton Ohio to play at Galaxy CDS with some great bands.

Getting back to the point…This Friday, March 2nd at Nietzsches we are having a “SXSW TOUR SEND-OFF SHOW/PARTY”. The cover is $5. Three great bands, all whom are playing the SXSW festival, The Tins, Son of the Sun and of course, The Albrights. Please check out the facebook page and be sure to take a listen to all of the bands. Nietzsches, Local music, beer, local music, beer…Sounds like a perfect party! Hope to see you all there!
